Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 15 calendar days without needing to justify your decision.
This right is subject to the legal exceptions established in article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU) and the European Directive 2011/83/EU.
The period is counted from the date you receive the goods or when a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent to info@giebelle.com or +34 610 20 31 60 (Whatsapp). We will confirm receipt of your request.
Refund
We will refund you within a maximum of 30 days from when we receive the items and verify that they meet the established conditions. We will use the same payment method used for the purchase and you will not incur any costs for the refund.
General conditions for returns
General products (excluding swimwear):
For a return to be accepted, the products must:

Have been purchased within the last 15 days.

Be unused, clean, and in perfect condition.

Keep their original packaging and any hang tags.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements or that is received late.
🚫 SPECIFIC EXCLUSION - Swimwear and bikinis
IMPORTANT: For health and hygiene protection reasons, according to article 103.j) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU) and article 16.j) of the European Directive 2011/83/EU, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES of any swimwear piece, including:

Bikini tops (bras, triangles, bandeau)

Bikini bottoms (briefs, cheeky, Brazilian)
-
One-piece swimsuits
-
Any swimwear garment with direct contact with intimate areas
Legal basis: These products are classified as "sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons" once unsealed after delivery.
Health protection: All our swimwear products include sanitary protection (adhesive strips/seals). Once this protection is removed, the product is excluded from the right of withdrawal for public health reasons.
🔧 ONLY EXCEPTIONS for swimwear
We will only accept returns of swimwear in the following exceptional cases:

Obvious manufacturing defect (broken seams, defective material, etc.)

Shipping error (model, size, or color different from requested)

Damage during transport (product damaged upon receipt)
Procedure for exceptions:

Immediate contact: maximum 48 hours from receipt

Photographic documentation of the defect/error is mandatory

Product with intact sanitary protection (not removed)

Giebelle will cover all management and shipping costs
Return of goods
For products NOT excluded from the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost and risk of sending the goods back to us. You must send them to:

After shipping, send us an email to info@giebelle.com or +34 610 20 31 60 (Whatsapp) with your order number, full name, and tracking number.
We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable service.
We cannot issue refunds without physical receipt of the products or proof of delivery.
Please note that the original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable (except when the error is attributable to Giebelle).
